Mechanics:
1. Open a Random box to get a chance to obtain a random pet or luxury costume.
2. If you receive a duplicate costume or pet, youâll automatically get a Costume Duplicate Reward Box instead. This box contains random flowers or effects.
3. Rewards will be automatically sent via in-game mailâno manual claims needed!
4. The rewards do not require the character to have a couple in order to wear.
5. You will not be eligible for refunds for games or products from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated the terms of service. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if PlayPark determines that you are abusing the refund policy. You may request a refund to Google PlayStore or Apple AppStore instead. 6. Avatar items are not transferrable.
